i tried with the mage but she didnt agreed she sad that mage canot be roaylty so if i pick humen nobal man would she agree??

You can marry Anora by Spoiler:
being a male Human Noble and be sure you are not the one dueling/executing Loghain or you can also spare him during the Landsmeet quest since she will not marry the person who kills her father.
