Yeah the infinite items are bit bugged but you can dupe items with it, just sell gifts to the merchant in your camp and buy them back, they will now count as new items.

Note that it will only give +1 to influence if you give the same gift several times

now with the new item editor I suggest removing the numpad 0 option and adding a "set quantity" field in the item editor
