Miserable means "unhappy because of want". Even the very poorest in the western world want for nothing.

What's a professional way to say "I hate you, you suck, you could have cost me a ****ton due to your impudence, and I'll shove your ****ing horse up your ass"? I'm writing a formal letter to a client to make official what I told him in a blind rage earlier this morning so I can next-day it to him.
Edit- I should also throw in a carefully disguised gay slur.
