You are able to edit the save files to edit how much you can hold. It is explained here. Link They got a save editor program link, I believe it is on the 3rd page.

You can not only hex edit your save file, but there are save game editors. Editing your save is the easiest to do. Takes about 10 secs. Also, if you want it to be a permanent setting for new toons or hosted rooms. Edit your WillowGame.ini and look for the inventory section.
Grammar and punctuation is the difference between; "I helped my uncle, Jack, off a horse." ...and... i helped my uncle jack off a horse.

I edited the .ini file first and it worked. Just make sure you set it to "read-only" after you edit it otherwise the game might set it back. Using the savegame editor can work as well (which might be simpler).

What size are you guys running with? I currently have mine set to 200 and haven't had an issue - granted, I'm not carrying that many items yet
