if you use the trainer in sp does everything activated carry over to mp i don't want to use the trainer in mp just wondering if i turn on say like mega money will it stay in mp?

Anything that isn't temporary (Infinite ammo, HP/MP) will stay, such as skill points, money, and so on.

It will keep showing that you have infinite hp and schield but ive tested and those 2 dont work in MP. No reload works and massive ammo works in mp. Im not sure about the rest.
