you can use some of the cheats for painkiller overdose.

press ^ to open console and type:

pkgod=godmode
pkammo=full ammo

these two do work, i didn't try others though

If you call up the console ( ` key )and enter pk then hit TAB it lists the few cheat codes that are available to use. A lot of codes from previous versions are noticeable by their abscence.

That's not surprising, since those two console codes have been in pretty much every Painkiller game thus far.

Cheat Codes:
While playing, press [] tilde to bring up the console, then type any of the following codes:

Note: Cheats are active only in Daydream and Insomnia difficulty modes.

PKWEAPONS All - Weapons

PKHEALTH - Full Health
PKPOWER - Full Ammo and Health
PKGOLD - Add Gold
PKHASTE - Haste
PKWEAPONMODIFIER - Weapon Modifier Mode
PKKEEPDECALS - Decals Never Disappear
PKKEEPBODIES - Bodies Never Disappear
PKCARDS - Unknown Effect
