Does the 1.41 Retail Trainer work with Win8? I tried that one earlier, but it said can't find game when I pressed F1.

Hi. I wanted to know if any one knows if this crasching has to do with the DLCs. The first time i played the game, quit a weil ago, I played it without any DLCs, and at that times, most curennt trainer, with out any problems. Then i thought, not bad, I like to try those DLCs. I installed them, got the newest Trainer and.. what a disapointment.. the game crasches everytime i started the trainer. At first i thought ok, maybe a mistake installing the DLCs. So i uninstalled it all and reinstall, including the trainer. Nothing. I must also state, that back then i had a Retail version. Know I have a Steam version and still. it crasches as soon as i start the trainer.. And with the steam version i also have the DLCs inclusive. Unfortunately, I had'nt had the possibility to tray it all without the DLCs. Although that would ruind the hole thing, if i had to play it all again without the DLCs.
P.s. and yes i checked all my driver to be current.

Recently purchased Borderlands GOTY edition on steam and the BORDERLANDS MEGA TRAINER 1.42.1 (STEAM) works just fine with only one problem: the nfo seems incorrectly written for the trainer options available.
It is written: Numpad 1: Super Health Numpad 2: Super Armor Numpad 3: Mega Ammo Numpad 4: No Reload Numpad 5: Unlimited Grenades Numpad 6: Add Money Numpad 7: Add Skill Points Numpad +: Increase Level Numpad -: Decrease Level Numpad 8: Increase XP Numpad 9: Drain Targeted Health
What it should say: Numpad 1: Super Health Numpad 2: Super Armor Numpad 3: Mega Ammo Numpad 4: No Reload Numpad 5: Unlimited Grenades Numpad 6: Add Money Numpad 7: Add Skill Points Numpad +: Increase Level Numpad -: Decrease Level Numpad 8: Increase XP Numpad 9: Drain Targeted Health Numpad /: Increase Zoom Numpad *: Decrease Zoom Numpad .: Recoil Remover Numpad 0: Steady Scope Ins Key: Freeze Enemies Del Key: Exploding Bullets [ key: Instant Skill
I'll understand if you don't want to fix this because hey, it's in the nfo for borderlands v1.41 but the trainer options are hard to read when you have a huge screen. Thanks for all your hard work and efforts

Yeah, trainer is toast once you add on the DLCs, crashes every 30 mins or so in game. On a Win 7 64 bit.

Yeah, I've tried so many things to try to stop that run time error that crashes the game. I've almost given up on the game because of it.
