So, I`ve been shooting everything that moves for a few more hours , so here goes my updated impression.

Firstly, till lvl 20 You can level-up on Your own, a buddie is not necessary. It`s kinda of a warm-up period of the game, to prepare you for the co-op and duels.
It`s after lvl 20 when the real "FUN" starts!
Those that say that the game is too easy etc... Are lying or are at the beginning of the game. It`s just impossible for an average gamer to defeat some of the creeps I`ve seen and survive the fights I`ve been through.
I`m playing with the Soldier class, and the sentry (class skill) provides a decoy - a VITAL part in survival. Enemies come at you in a frontal assault, but it`s their backs, that have the vital spots. So, a friend with a gun (bigger is better) is definitely a liability.
On the other hand, if you`re a good marksman, playing online shooters, then you`re good to solo, like I do.

So, more about co-op, shall we?!
As I said, I`m grinding the game with the Soldier class.
All I can say is that this guy is the heart, the center, the last to die of the team.
Upgraded sentry gun is like a little fort, that heals and refills your ammo. So, to all Soldiers out there: LEARN HOW TO DEPLOY THE SENTRY GUN! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!
Soldier`s class modules have may strengthening effects, like +XP to all team, increased damage, and other TEAM benefits. Also, there is other type of modules - for pure carnage and SOLO. The best ones can increase damage up to 75% etc.

That`s about all I can share with You all at the moment.
Maybe we shall meet someday, I will be out there - looking for a good company.

And a little request from me. PLEASE, keep this thread SPOILER-FREE. The game deserves it!

Don`t blame the player if you can`t play the game!

If thats true and from level 20, it gets so hard you need a friend to play with? then they need to patch it so you don't, cause i refuse to group up because i HAVE to, it has to be my choice.

    ^ lol

I'm hesitating on the purchase because I see the tendency for tedium based on reviews as relatively few different enemy styles, tons and tons of item recycling (which can be understood) with little in the way of a story progression instead focusing primarily on the grind for new gear with bigger numbers.

Also if someone could comment on the difference in graphic quality from console to pc I would appreciate it as I haven't really seen any info on it.

It seems ok for the most part the #1 thing thats ****ing me off as this is a damn 360 port and not made-for-pc like they said would be. All the keys, the controls, and the dialogs are setup to be convenient for controller, while this is fine, i happen to use a 360 controller in many games but when it comes to a FPS I use a mouse and keyboard and Im getting a little tired of having to hit enter to accept missions and escape to get rid of the mission accept dialog when a non port game would just let me hit enter twice and be done with it.
