Guinsoo Scythe of Vise: A flaming staff used to turn people into sheep at a whim. Gives +40 intelligence points, +10 other stat points, +200% enhanced mana regen, and gives the Hex ability.
Hex: Turns a person into a sheep for 10 seconds. Sheep take 125% damage and move 50% slower.

Blade Storm (unique to L): L creates a whirlwind of destruction using his mod sword. Units caught in the storm will have their attack speed reduced by 25% and will miss on 50% of their attacks and take 300 damage per second. L gains magic immunity during storm.
