Regarding the Trainer 1.01 (DX10), Mega Mission XP, No Airframe Damage....

    Hi,

I'm playing v1.01 of Hawx, DX10 and am using the trainer for v1.01 of Hawx, DX10.

The trainer seems to work in all regards bar one:

Numpad 5: Repair Targeted Unit - this helps in escort missions. Simply turn your aircraft towards the damaged unit until you see it in front of you and press the option and it will tag the unit. This unit will not undergo any more damage for that segment of the mission. YOu may have to redo this during long missions with many cutscenes. You can tag multiple targets this way to protect many of them, if needed.

I must be missing something because I can't get this to work.

I can see two ways of interpreting this:
Target the unit, get it in front of you and hit NUM "5"
    or
Get the unit in front of you, ideally in your reticule and hit NUM "5"

Since I can't find a way to target friendlies, I have to assume it is the second option.

I have played missions 1 and 2 so far and haven't found a way to make this work.

I've just lost the refinery in the second mission 3 times and an getting quite frustrated!

Since nobody else has this problem, I must be doing something wrong. Anybody got any ideas what?

    Cheers,

    Tom.

It sould work, it did for me. All I did was get close to the friendly target and line it up with the reticule and hit NUM 5. You have to be fairly close.
