I paid for and downloaded the trainer for ETW 1.3.1 and everything worked a treat while I was playing last night.
This was just a oneof payment for this promo trainer of GB £5.oo.

To-day when I run the trainer and then game, then press F1 at main menu and load my saved game ETW just CTD with an error message saying ETW had a serious problem.

But yet I can run the ETW game and play my last saved game.

You'll have to get a new trainer as the game was patched. You'll need to purchase a membership to get the new trainer when it's available.
