Need some more help. How do you get on the Chinese sub, and where might the key be for the locked do

Need some more help. How do you get on the Chinese sub, and where might the key be for the locked door in the basement lab in the lighthouse? Any help would be appriciated.

There's a hatch on the top of the chinese sub that you can use to get into it. As for the locked door, you have to complete a quest before you're given the key to it.

The last quest of Point Lookout brings you in the lighthouse.

Found sub but can't get on top. How is this done?

It should be underwater, and there should be a hatch on the top of it. You should just be able to swim over it and activate the hatch. In case you found the wrong ship, the sub should be where your quest marker is.
