Stuck in Dunwitch quest. Cannot find the oblisck. Any help would be appriciated.

You need to go to the part of the building where there are metallic corridors (near the end of the Virulent Underchambers) and then ignore the exit stairs, entering the tunnels beneath. The obelisk should be there.
