It doesn't seem to know that it's daylight savings. Meaning certain timezones for certain places are incorrect. I personally have it set to "Abu Dhabi, Muscat" which is GMT +4, but in reality right now it is GMT +3, due to DST.
The calculations are based on the CH server time. We have daylight savings atm here in Sweden and my time shows correct when I set it to my timezone. Not sure why your time isn't showing correctly. Not much more I can do though so I guess you have to select a different timezone in order to show the correct time.

According to wikipedia, most of the northern hemisphere has daylight savings time right now. However, most of the Middle East does not. Neither does pretty much all of Africa. >_>
