I'm stuck on the bit were to have to trick the old man away from the soldiers. how the hell do you do it.

i knock him out with the stone or hands and mission failed?

I'm stuck with that bit too.. you've got to use the bottle to make him drunk but he only moves between two places and doesn't seem to wan't to pickup the bottle.

okay, i was stuck here too, until i played around (and managed to do it ofc), what you have to do is let most of the guards outside (get as many as possible, it WILL help later) and then when theres nobody left to take the tequila from the engineer, just keep sticking it in his face

I hit a guard secretly and made them panic.
Only when they went out looking, I gave him the bottle.

god what a stupid game

i have now found a way. first place the drink in the open roof (just in his view)then when he is drunk abit, use the 2 of the drinks (restock at the bar) to get the guards drunk and place the final one behind the girl where the engineer can see it. don't worry about drunk guard. they can see it was their own fault.

didn't know if you passed this but when the conductor leaves the bar the building about his 1:00 place the bottle to the very corner of the building this should work for the first one the second one place the bottle behingd the only lady on the level just befor the first step going down...The guard will see it also the conductor will stop and seem confused when the guard get close pick it up he will turn back around when he does replace the bottle back down the conductor will pick up the bottle.
