Freelancer Message Board  

Hi folks, Filefront used to have a whole section on freelancer and now, well it seems to have vanished. They once had a save game editor and I really wanted to get that. Do any of you have this or can find it because google has failed me this time.

There were a few save game editors made for Freelancer, so I can only guess here. However you could check Lancer's Reactor. They have a large collection of files for Freelancer, including utilities such as save editors. You could also search for the one made by a group called IONCROSS, which if I recall correctly was the most extensive save editor available for this game. Hope that helps.

Thanks Rob,after posting this I had come across IONCROSS, but every time I use their utility and others from Lancer Reactor I) get runtime errors. So I am not sure if that is due to vista being used or what.

Hmmm I thought I had a post in this thread.

I think most people just mod the game that much that trainers/editors arent really needed anymore.

And as my previous post said..

Freelancer is an old classic, just like Tachyon, it makes you come back time after time, but it has the most over used speech in game history :P

Run in administrator mode, or even take off UAC, by going to the control panel > accounts > at bottom turn off account confirmation.

Its not really needed and it doesnt work, its a waste of another many hours of work done by MS staff again :P
