Can anyone give me an idea why my game moves so slow? Also, the video and voice are not in sync...could it be my video card? the moving of the character is VERY cumbersome...

XP or Vista? Also, the minimum requirements call for a Core 2 Duo 2.2 GHz. Meeting all the game system requirements?
I've also read that people got better results from the game after updating Vista to SP1 and XP to SP3.

Thank you so much for your suggestions...since I am not a tekkie, I asked my hubby and he said that we have SP1 on my Vista Laptop and meet all the other requirements. So I dont know why the game moves SOOOO slow. Thank you again!

Could be your video card, then. Do you know how much memory your card has? The minimum requirement for the game is 256.
Might try running the game from the launcher and adjusting a few graphic settings down to see if that makes a difference.
