We currently don't have any Portal trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

I am trying ot use the cheats, but when I press tilde, the thing where you type the cheats doesn't come up. So, I went to edit the file the note under the cheats thing tells you to edit, but I can't find it anywhere on my computer. I downloaded the game from Steam, because I already installed it on another computer. Any advice/help?

hehe also you do not really need to edit the file. Go into the options part of the game and enable the developers console from in there
