Cool, working good with the no-cd fix
Thank
sorry for my lack of knowledge here but -----what is "no-cd fix" ? Jim
THANK YOU JACOBD88-----crystal clear to my thick brain--will uninstall patched version and reinstall original --then load trainer .. i will only lose 2-3 early soviet mission completions. Jim
Glad i could help
For future reference by the way,
Your profile is usually installed in "C:\Documents and Settings\**USERNAME**\My Documents\My Games\men of war\profiles"
So you don't have to lose those missions, before uninstall you can copy the profile folder (and it's contents) somewhere, uninstall, then reinstall and put the profile back in "C:\Documents and Settings\**USERNAME**\My Documents\My Games\men of war\profiles" before running the game again, voila, your games are restored
Another cool thing in the profiles folder, find the "save" directory, select a savegame folder, and open "mission.scn" with notepad, whilst most of it will appear to be coding junk, if you keep scrolling down you can edit almost any character, vehicle, or weapon in that save, even bring things back to life, or undamaged
Link on how to here... (Also works for Faces of War)

A noCD fix by the way is usually a copy of the games core "exe" file, the file that tells the game to run and how to run, most exe files contain the games copy-protection system and require you to have the CD in the drive, a no-cd fix is an alternate version of the "exe" file with the copy-protection removed, so you don't need a CD
It's a legal grey area, as by obtaining a noCD fix you are strictly breaking the games copy protection and therefore the law, but if you have bought the game, then you own it, so you are in your right to send it back to the supplier or do things to make it work on your pc (latter not legal in all countries) for you to be able to use it

new version uploaded
Thanks for the prompt update PWizard, it's greatly appreciated and it's sorted some issues out
Everything's definitely working now for me except the Super Infantry and Mega Clip Functionalities, which still remain unusable for some reason; i've followed the trainer FAQ, I've used both the standard patched 1.11.3 retail game (not steam) and the 1.11.3 noCD, and it still doesn't work
If it helps, my exact version details are
Men of War - v1.11.3 - Standard
Build: 2009.04.03 09:14 - 0x008673F7
I use PCTools Internet Security, both the trainer exe and game exe's are all added as exceptions to the suite rules, and granted full access to the internet and permitted to modify other apps, disabling PCTools has no effect on trainer functionality either
Not sure why everything else is working but not those functionalities, i've tried both the trainer in my root Men of War directory and in the Trainer Manager "My Trainers" folder. I always activate the trainer at main menu as instructed.
Is anyone else having difficulties with the 1.11.3 trainer? The original 1.02.xx trainer worked fine for me before i patched the game to 1.11.3, but had nothing but problems with 1.11.3 and the 1.11.3 trainer
Regards
Jacob

PS my game CD is the original UK boxed retail 505 games version (v1.02.00 prior to patching)
