Any chance that a disable AI / freeze cars option could be added to the trainer?

The game seems to massively chug on my PC during extended driving sequences. This isn't usually a problem, but I'm finding it next to impossible to complete "chase down these vehicles before they escape" type missions. So just to get past these I am hoping there's a way to freeze the targets in place so I can gun them down at leisure.

A google search shows someone else's trainer has this function, but it's only available for v1.0 and I have v1.2.

yeah, I really do hope the trainer can add the option of freezing cars, chasing down the cars is very difficult. knocking there knocking here

Trainer is causing game to crash. Is anyone else having this problem and is there a way to work around it. I have patch #2 installed.

Apologies for posting in such an old thread but i wanted to give this old game a good try,

I'm using the STEAM release with all files validated fine,
have the patch 2 trainer downloaded and placed into the games installation directory,
Upon trying to launch the trainer i am greeted with an instant "has stopped working" dialog box before the trainer has even started to validate itself [i'm an unlimited member]

Checked the event log and found this info if it will be of any use to staff or diagnostic folks:

Just to note before the usual troubleshooting url gets tossed at me i have NO antivirus or firewalls on my system and the basic windows security jobbies are DISABLED,
also tried applying compatibility to XP and it still crashes upon launch

All other trainers from you guys for my newer games eg bioshock/tomb raider etc work perfectly,

Any advice guys?

Just seen that the issue may very well be IE10
it seems to have stealth updated itself onto my system

Will be attempting a downgrade back to 9 and seeing if that rectifies the issue
