Hi , do the trainer work with the Steam version of SH 3 ?

yes it does! simply extract or copy/paste the whole trainer into the game. start with your C:/ drive (I just hit computer icon on desktop or the menu where control panel and recent items is) then select local disk C:, look for program files (x86), then Valve, then Steam, then SteamApps, then common, then Silent Hunter 3. copy or extract it there, run trainer first that you just extracted there and start game. It doesnt work with torpedos, but you can blast your deck gun forever and take little damage.
I just remembered it will extract as a pizza symbol so look for that in your game folder.
