I need help with onderon because I can upgrade my force pursuon to get the one guard and I need help gettin degon free from the jail and the ravanger whats with it can u help?

Well I can't help you if you don't speak English. "force pursuon?"
To get Dhagon free you have to solve the murder of Sullio. First go to the cantina and start asking around to different patrons, Panar, Nikko first. Go back outside to the right and search the trashpile, head back inside the cantina talking to both guys again. Panar will direct you towards 1B-8D, go talk to the droid vendor outside about Bahima's droid and buy the scavenged parts. Back in the cantina talk to Kiph and he'll give you the remnants of the message...show it to Nikko, he'll take you to Riiken. Finished.
