found it ....after u put elika in the stone bed and have a vision.. they will show u 4 trees (outside of the entrance of 4 paths u took) .. use ur sword and destroy those trees , now go back to the temple..go inside and destroy the main tree, this will give u a light seed.. carry it and go near elika and there u go there is ur "Alternate ending" ..elika comes to life and the world ends ....

Dude I think that is the non canon ending you're referring to
Just like warrior within's multiple ending (although in reverse now...)

I finished the game and I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how will I stop the prince to resurrect arihman (and elika) again [it's a dead give away you know what the prince has to do after elika dies giving her life to seal arihman]

The only ending I experienced is the prince has to cut down 4 trees outside the temple and 1 inside, freeing arihman and walks out with a damsel that is literally in distress and a god of darkness behind his back

If there's anoteher ending I'm guessing elika stays dead. can you tell me how can I come across that ending?

i guess u just have to leave elika dead and arihman trapped

Yea.Most people like to see the end of the game.This is like when you want to watch a movie and someone tels you what is the ending.
