No, Fallout 3 is far superior, and a lot bigger too. But thats just my opinion whichever you chose you cant go wrong, thier both good games.

Ah well, I've got Mass Effect arriving next week, then the other two in January. Can't go wrong with RPGs.

I remember playing it at a friend's house about 9 months ago, which is what leads me to buy it in the first place.

I'm playing Mass Effect right now trying to get some remaining achievements.

It's my favorite game along side Oblivion and Fallout 3.
