I have downloaded the off-line key and go through that process and the trainer still just sits there before timing out (not sure if have to update the registry with the key but have tried that and just get an error)

I haven't used a trainer for a long time, and since then I got a new modem/router. Not sure if that's causing it or really any idea of what to try next. Not sure where to look next, or if I have missed anything.

I only upgraded to lifetime member last month and really hope it wasn't a waste of money, so any help/advise would be greatly appreciated.

I have already searched the board for any info, this was my last resort.

I uninstalled antivirus last night and still not working. Other computer trainers work with anti virus and firewalls running, which leads me to believe there is something else that could be causing a conflict. I have tried everything I can to find it but no luck!

I have however fixed it! The ultimate fix for crap that just doesn't make sense... reformat!! Checking the trainer authenticates after every installation of a new program I install.
