Here's the readme on the options:

Options
-------
Numpad 1: Unlimited Health - you cannot be killed by most things.

Numpad 2: No Reload - your guns never run out of ammo.

Numpad 3: Unlimited Grenades - you must have one grenade.

Numpad 4: Unlimited Oxygen - stay underwater indefinitely.

Numpad 5: Unlimited Medkits - you must have one medkit-

Numpad 6: Save Position - save current position

Numpad 7: Teleport - teleport to saved position

Numpad 8: Super Speed - your character runs very quickly

Numpad 9: Super Jump - your jumps are much higher

Numpad 0: Unlimited Adrenaline - you have unlimited Adrenaline
