Must I add this is for the new FIFA MANAGER 2009

Hi All, I purchased the game today, all is working fine apart from one thing, when the 3d game starts there are no players instead they are crosses with there names and ratings, where do I do and which menu do i need to go into change the settings, im really frustrated because its taking me all night to work it out. SO when I play the game crosses move as the players but there are no images of the players! PLEASE RESPOND WITH HELP! :-)
