Can someone please tell me what I have to do to get past Penguin and Catwoman? I have been trying everything and can only get 2 hearts from him, and I don't know how I did that.

You have to use the turning thing to point his penguins at the alcoves. Each time you do that he restarts the machine and you have to batarang the two spinning parts again. Took me a while to figure it out too, there's not really much of a clue.
