you just need to reach the top of paranormal carrier. then resurrect o nominator will be available in your carrier Awards.

or you can type in the cheat "BoolProp testingcheatsenable true" (without quotes of course ) in the cheat box (ctrl+shift+c). then shift click on the newspaper out front (or where ever it may b)and search for something like "unlock all career rewards" or something like that. useful if you are the restless person. also a good way to find out what everything does

Orrr... you could just type in unlockcareerrewards in the cheat console!
