Typed -devuser in target line and pressed ~ whilst playing game but does not show console can anyone help PLEASE

hi there. here is the line you need..... go to the shortcut on your desktop click right mouse butten and select properties. click shortcut and there is the line you muss edit when it is good you see this line. ( Starship Troopers\STGame.exe" )<--

ok you yust type -devuser after STGame.exe" like this:

STGame.exe" -devuser <---- butt remember to leave a space between.
