Galactic Civilizations 2: Twilight of the Arnor Message Board  

I need to beat the mission in the campaign where you need to ally with the Iconians. I used the cheat which gives me all tech, and I gave all tech to them, but they still won't ally with me. Any advice? Thx.

I am also having trouble with it.

I just figured it out. All you have to do is trade alot with them and give them lots of technology. You also need to wait and watch the foriegn affairs tab for your relationship with the Iconians. It also doesn't hurt to ally with the Krynn.

Besure to trade the "Alliance" tech to them. Took me forever to figure that out.

I have a question, how do i use the resouce cheat codes, I added the cheat string to the short cut but I still cant use any of the cheats. Is there something I am doing wrong?

I still dont get the ally option,is this cuz i exterminated everyone exept the iconians?
even if i dont i still dont get it
