God I haven't been on here perhaps a little rusty, but that cactuar is the biggest pain if you don't know where it is. Go into the woods and walk along the path to the far right hand side and go up to a tree trunk and you should be prompted to press the X button in the right hand corner, jumping up to a new platform with the cactar
