you cant get doxys by going to the space base, in mosdeep some people said if you go between 66 and 105 spaceship launch you can go to the moon and catch deoxys

I got Deoxys by using Action Replay codes. Not the best way, I know, but if you want'em all you do whatever it takes. As far as I know the only way to get Deoxys honestly is by trading it from FireRed or LeafGreen.
