Cheats are the same as for Dark Avatar.

Am I crazy, or was there a cheat that let you upgrade the planet status. I thought it was CTRL + on the keypad, but it doesn't work..
Ex: Make a planet go from say 16 to 22 or whatever the max was.
EDIT: Oh! It's CTRL + P
