Well I don't think that matters.
You said that the FAQ still has the question marks on there...and not updated....so I'm not sure what the problem is....but I'm pretty sure it doesn't have to do with your cache.

Well who checks FAQs that come in? I'm guessing Nevermore so he must know then. I just updated my work, saved, then browsed in submit update, then I waited for some time, now here it is all messed up.

He has to be online to update your FAQ. It could (and probably will) take some more time. It doesn't just automatically update, like darkish said.
To clear cache (for FireFox), go to Tools -> Clear Private Data -> Click "Clear Private Data Now" (because "Cache" is already checked)
If you were to clear your cookies, go to the same place, but select "Cookies". Note: Clearing your cookies will reset all of your "automatic logins".
