Here's the readme on the options:

Options
-------

Numpad 1: Wood
Numpad 2: Gold
Numpad 3: Food
Numpad 4: Max Food
Numpad 5: Instant Troops
Numpad 6: Instant Buildings

For instant buildings, you must click on the building itself once the builder has begun working on it.

its a different version of Sparta ancient wars thats all

Any chance of a troop health option on the trainer? theres a few leves without build options

Good Trainer looking forward to the next one... hopefully invulnerable troops will be on it.
