the update emails that CHU have to send me arent getting emailed to my homtail account. i updated my

Have you tried a different EMail? Just to pin down the problem to your account or hotmail.

Yes, I tried other emails. CHU's email is the only email I am having trouble with. I forgot to mention that I got a email this evening from CHU , it was about the 2 year membership, just for the cost of a one year membership. It was sent to my junk emails.
