hey guys.. my problem is this: i don't have a landline
(and hence no internet connection) at home (don't ask.. ) . my only net connection is at work (where i obviously can't install/play the game). so if anyone knows of a way i can get the patches downloaded on a disk, please do tell.. i sent an email on the subject to the stardock helpdesk, but so far i didn't get a reply.. any help on the subject would be appreciated..

If you had bought the game then you would know that you can download the patches off the website as an .exe file at work using your account and your serial number. You can then put the patch(es) onto a USB stick or a CD at work and take it home with you.

all good and well, and i do have a legit copy and serial number. as far as i know though, you need to have stardock central installed to download the patch and i got no admin priviledges at my office pc (hence no stardock installation).. anyway, the point is moot since i got back an email with the patch attached.. thanks anyway guys.. from here on i'll just have to get all patches by email..

Sign up on the forums Link if you don't already have a stardock account. This will create a stardock account for you.

Once you have an account and are logged in go to: Link

The first time it will prompt for your serial number so have that handy. After that, just go to that same URL anytime you need a patch.
