Here's the readme on the options:

Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for "Activated".

Numpad 1: Credits - 1000000 Credits
Numpad 2: Metal - 1000000 Metal
Numpad 3: Crystals - 1000000 Crystals
Numpad 4: Mega Hull - 50000 Hull
Numpad 5: Damage Hull - Hull nearly drained
Numpad 6: Mega Shields - 50000 Sheilds
Numpad 7: Damage Shields - Shields nearly Drained
Numpad 8: Mega Antimatter - 50000 Antimatter
Numpad 9: Drain Antimatter - Antimatter nearly Drained
Numpad + : Mega Logistics Slots - 1000 slots available for planet
Numpad - : Mega Tactical Slots - 1000 slots available for planet
Numpad / : Instant Develop Planet - Instant Develop Planet
Numpad * : Instant Research - Instant Research

Notes!

For Hull, Shields, Antimatter options, activate the appropriate option and then run the mouse over the ships you want to affect. You do not need to click on each ship. Also, you can quickly affect many ships by sliding the mouse over the sidebar icons of the ships on the upper left side of the HUD. Be careful to only affect the ships desired! These options will work on enemy vessels as well!

For Mega Slots options, make sure you hold mouse over planet and then activate the options. You will see the available slots rise to 1000.

For Instant Develop Planet or Instant Research, if the progress bar seems to revert to normal speed, simply right click on the icon and then left click again to reset it. It should then be instant again. It's probably best to click on each icon and watch it complete each phase before clicking on it a second/third time to avoid this phenomenon.

Just got trainer.

Nice work, but there is 1 problem. The options that increase the max ships and cap ships does not work. Though the values change on the HUD, it does not actually change the ship caps.

Yeah, the max ships/cap ships functions don't seem to work. The numbers will change briefly, but is not noticed in game, and will reset again shortly after.

The damage shields function also seemed to stop working about 15 minutes in.

Otherwise, great stuff. I tried a small map last night (without the cheat) and took nearly seven hours to finish the damn thing.

you may be correct regarding the max ships, cap ships. i am looking into that. it also may be that the planets will not allow you to build more than a certain amount. i found that even though you max out, if you move to another planet and reset the numbers you can still build more than allowed. however, it does reset from time to time and you have to re-engage the options.

as you can tell if you played the game it is very involved and this takes some time to work out. i will keep looking at this to see if there is another way to do it. thanks for the tip-

WOW you guys are the best

rather than leave the increased ships options in, which don't appear to work perfectly, i swapped out those options (for now) with two new options:

mega tactical slots
mega logistics slots

for the planets. you can now have many many research labs, etc. surrounding your planets. you don't have to conquer 10 planets to be able to build enough facilities to research up, etc.
