how do i open the second room in the regi caves cause they aren't the same as sapphire.and i don't know how to do it on emerald

Anyway here's the info for all 3 places: -First Cave on route 105 in the sea where Regice is,you just need to read what is written on the wall then run Clockwise around the cave 1 lap,and the door is open.
-Second cave in route 120,where Registeel is,you read what is written on the wall,and then go to the middle of the room and use the HM flash.
-3rd In the Desert place,where you find Regirock,you go to the thing written on the wall,then go to steps left then 2 steps back,then use rock smash. Hope i helped
