you should have saved your game first, but sometimes groudon will pop up and give you another chance to catch him. Did you beat him?? or did you run away? nevermind, he doesn't appear every day, so it could take some time.
ok get like 30 ultra balls and 30 timers balls,and try making him sleep,or freez,and make its helth low rgough he'll use rest anyways but it might help
