Could someone please post me a link to a tested and working 1.40-1.41 patch? I've downloaded 5 patches, from four different sites, including some big, well-known ones, but they just do an unlimited pause at the beginning. Alternatively, if there is a 1.51 patch that works for any version, that would be just as good.

Another 6 files, and 4 sites not working. I've also tried to reinstall from the ground up, but no go. 1.40 seems to be the highest i can go...

Prehaps try to un/reinstal game and not patch at all?

Did that. Solved the problem by moving the files into the patch directory and running them from there. Thought I posted it here for others with the problem to find, but I guess I missed a forum.
