Its not that hard really take out the most powerful gun you have (1978-Assault Rifle 2006-Rocket Launcher) now hit the handbrake and turn 2 face the cop(s) lock on to the cop car,look behind u (R2+L2 on ps2) make ur way through traffic while blasting away at the cops (then if its in 2006 theyll b in no time)
