There is, at some point you'll realize you're spamming alot. Just like what happened to me. I realized I was spamming alot and need to post more effeciently and when necessary.

exactly. How well you post is essentially a measure of your activity. As you become more familiar with message boards and how other members post, your own posting style will change and adapt based on what's considered "constructive posting" on the site. It's not really a measure of how long you've been here, its a measure of what you've accomplished in your time here.
