1. They were based on the activity on the old board and the time people had been members plus any activity on XBL...more or less. I must admit I found it hard to gauge the right rank for some people. 2. Uh...ok 3. They can simply be sent to me anonymously, so you might not know ho demotes you

If you want to promote or demote someone read them and follow them. I also feel that retired people shouldn't really be promoted or demoted as they have earned their places and no longer involve themselves here.
