Here's the readme on the options:

Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for "Activated".

Press desired option key



NOTE: YOU MUST ACTIVATE THE TRAINER AT THE MAIN MENU TO AVOID CRASHES!

Options

Numpad 1: Health
[ key : Zoom In
] key : Zoom Out
\ key : Zoom Normal

Notes
------

Numpad 1: Health - Sets your health high so you are invincible to most attacks. Walking
into lava and such things may still kill you-

NOTE: The health option should be activated right at the beginning of the level, when your
health is at 105 and you have not been attacked yet. Do not wait until you are
nearly dead to activate the health option. USE IT IMMEDIATELY AT THE BEGINNING
OF THE LEVEL BEFORE MOVING ON!

Doesn' t work God mode in the level 2.3 (Trauma). There is 110 Heal at the beginning

me too, the c02e03 in alucination level, dont work, 110 max. 🤔

this should also fix the 110 health issue in the mission where the original trainer did not help-

4 months waiting

New trainer does not appear to work with Steam version of Overdose (it is v84.4). Just crashes it. Any chance of a fix? I know game is old, but it is fun!
