I'm stuck and i'm not sure what to do now. I'm at the part where i've already went to Mt. Pier and met team Aqua, and i've also visited lilycove city. There's also team aqua in the city. Beside the city, there is the watery part. There are three wailmer's blocking the way, how do i get them out of the way?

fight the team aqua guys in their base that is straight north next to lilycove

But i went to the Aqua hideout, and i couldn't battle them, one of them said ''i hear team magma is in mt. chimney to find an awesome pokemon''. I went to Mt. Chimney, and i didn't see team magma, so nothing happened at mt.chimney. So yeah, what do i do?!

ok thanks, now i'm up to the part where i have to find that submarine. I have no clue where it is in the ocean opposite lilycove city, can somebody help please?
And i'm just wondering, but how do you enter Sootapolis city?

you enter sootapolis after aqua find kyogre. the submarine is at slateport

the sub is on route 128. and to get to sootopolis, u have 2 use dive on route 126 and go in a cavern and go up.(just keep checking the pokenav). same for 128, where u see the sub, go up and ul be in an underwater cave where u fight the boss and kyogre runs away after u fight the boss. then go to sootopolis city in the cave of origin. Hint:u should go to sootopolis first, so after kyogre runs away, u can just fly there. u get the ability to use dive after beating gym leaders at mossdeep. u get the hm dive from steven at his house in mossdeep.
