How do I remove spells from spell slots in the lower bottom of the screen?

According to what does my character change in appereance?
Is there a way to reverse it? I got a silly looking old mam, with devil tail, branches out of his back....horrible.

Using +8 trainer similar to the cheathappens one

if you double click on the spells in the lower boxes it removes them. and you change your appearance by the spells you have....I have bone wings saintly hands and demon features or whatever for the demon webbing.
