Does anyone know if Deoxys will listen to you if you have the Birth island cheat?

Please stop putting 12 quotes in a post; it is unecessary.

For this one, put the code in the AR, acivate it, load up your game, and walk through a door. It will warp you to Birth Island.
American: 4A99A22B 58284D2D

This warps you to where Lugia and Ho-Oh are. Both of them obey you 100% (If you beat the E4). Same instructions as above.
Navel Rock American: 842CB8A9 7F8B0149

This lets you go to where Mew is. I don't know if it obeys you or not. Same instructions as the first one.
Faraway Island American: 8DEB234A 4C8DC5EC
