U'd have to trade from pokemon FR/LG or use a cheat device. I can only help with AR max cheats. Sorry.

hiya mr. lucifer! well i hope im not going against the rules or anything by posting on here so im sorry if i did, i JUST signed up =] oka my question is; is the cheat for all pokemon to change into shinnys, is it for action replay or action replay max or for both? cus i cant find an exact answer yet. o and for which ever it is can you give me the cheat codes or what ever i need? im totally new to this cheating thing for the gba =[[

U'll have to walk in the grass,surf,etc. since these are encounter codes.

PS-This also would work in tyler_manuel's encounter file.The cool thing is, u can put in a pokemon 2 encounter w/ this code & it'll turn up shiny. Trust me, it DOES work when i used it.
